Consider requesting extra blankets or bedding for a more comfortable night, especially in warmer weather when the duvet can feel too warm.

Hidden gems with unexpected challenges
The kitchenette gave me the freedom to prepare quick meals, and the staff’s warmth made every request feel special. The location was perfect for exploring nearby areas.
Despite the charming vibe, street noise crept into the quiet hours, making it tough to sleep soundly some nights.

Great spot for couples!
We spent 5 nights in a comfy twin room with a kitchenette. Super convenient with just a fridge and microwave—saved us loads on eating out! The room was spacious, and the shower was awesome, no elbow bruises here! Only bummer was the room could've used a bit more cleaning, but the vibe was nice overall.

I stayed in a Double Room Kitchenette for three nights. The room offered ample space, making it comfortable. The kitchenette included essential cookware, allowing us to prepare some meals. Fresh towels were provided regularly, which I appreciated. The location was a significant plus, with easy access to public transport and a bus stop just nearby, making it convenient to explore Oxford. the Wi-Fi struggled at times, which was frustrating during our stay. The breakfast delivery system seemed unique at first, but we found the options limited and not always fresh. I had to ask for more information regarding snacks in the room that had no price listing. It felt a bit awkward when asked to pay cash for them at checkout, as I've never encountered that before. Despite these small issues, the warm service from the owner stood out during our visit.

An extremely clean and comfortable location with spacious rooms and a newly refurbished bathroom. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making it convenient for meal prep. The peaceful neighborhood and proximity to public transport options added to the overall charm. some road noise was noticeable, and while parking was limited, we were lucky to secure a spot. A toaster in the kitchenette would have been a welcome addition.
